Downloading from a torrent client works as follows:
You specify the files you want to receive. The torrent client then generates a list of "peers" who have the files you want. These peers don't need to have the files themselves, only a peer list with your IP address is enough. The torrent client then keeps track of what you have received, so you don't need to download files you already have.
After the download is done, it is added to your torrent client, so that you can share it with others. This makes it easy to resume a download that has stopped or is interrupted.
As you may have noticed, the official files don't seem to be available via torrents. For ETIS in particular you could try to upload the.zip file you have to a file hosting service, such as Upload2Disc.com and send us the link to it (we can't upload files due to copyright issues).

The expression of the proto-oncogene c-Fos has been detected in neurons of the rat cerebral cortex and hippocampus during postnatal development. Different patterns of expression were observed in the cortical and hippocampal regions. In both areas, the earliest expression of c-Fos-positive cells was observed at P2, prior to the major migration of neurons to their final positions in the cortex. In the early postnatal period, Fos expression was detected in the cortex in a higher density of cells than that in the hippocampus. The number of Fos-positive cells continued to increase with age. The results indicate that, in general, there is an increase in the density of cortical cells expressing c-Fos as the brain matures. The density of c-Fos-positive cells was differentially affected by postnatal motor activity in the cortex and hippocampus. In the hippocampus, c-Fos expression was higher in the CA1, CA3 and dentate gyrus of the hippocampus, which are areas receiving dense projections from the motor cortex, than in the CA2 and CA4 areas which receive lesser input from the cortex.
